These terms govern use of www.insurelytix.com (the "Site"). Use of the InsureLytix product is governed by the Master Subscription Agreement signed by each customer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (i) attempt to disrupt the Site, (ii) attempt to access non-public areas without authorization, (iii) scrape content for commercial re-publication, or (iv) impersonate InsureLytix.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by InsureLytix Inc. or used with permission. Customer logos shown on the Site are used with each customer's permission and remain the property of the respective owners.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. References to regulatory citations (e.g., 42 CFR §422.116, CMS-0057-F) are summarized for convenience and do not constitute legal or compliance advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
