About

We build the layer health plans should never have had to build themselves.

InsureLytix Inc. is a Dover, Delaware C-corp. Three U.S. health plans run on the platform in production, covering about 90,000 providers. We are the provider-directory, member-search, and compliance layer MA plans shouldn't have to build themselves.

Why we exist

Every U.S. health plan has the same three-headed compliance problem: a member-facing directory has to be fast and accurate, the network has to file under §422.116, and the FHIR Plan-Net API has to be live for CMS-0057-F. Most plans solve them on three different systems that disagree with each other. The disagreement shows up as audit findings, member complaints, and remediation costs.

We solve all three on one dataset. The number members search, the number CMS audits, and the number on the executive dashboard are the same number. It is a small architectural decision that compounds into a very large business advantage.

How we got here

We launched in 2023 and were live with three U.S. health plans inside the first eighteen months. The plans that went live then are still live now — which, in a market where directory vendors get swapped often, is the signal we're proudest of.

Founder

Amandeep Singh is the sole founder of InsureLytix Inc. He has ten-plus years leading product and engineering teams. He is also CTO and Co-Founder of Skatch, a venture-stage HR-tech platform with 800+ paying employer customers across the Middle East. InsureLytix is the venture bet going forward.

How we work

InsureLytix runs lean on purpose. Every part of the system was built for a specific health plan, in production — we don't ship features nobody's using. You deal with the people who built it, not a support tier reading from a script.

Lean doesn't mean fragile. The platform runs on managed, redundant infrastructure with documented architecture, isolated per-tenant data, and stable integration points — so the things your members and your compliance team depend on keep running, independent of any one person's calendar.

When a customer asks "can you do X?", the answer is either "yes, here's the endpoint" or "no, here's why, and here's the closest thing that works." We don't pitch roadmaps.
