This Privacy Policy explains what personal information InsureLytix Inc. ("InsureLytix", "we") collects from visitors to www.insurelytix.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to the marketing site only. Customer data inside the InsureLytix product is governed by the relevant Master Subscription Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, and BAA executed with each customer.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, work email, organization, role, member-count range, and the message body when you submit the contact form or book a demo.
- Cookies and similar: a small consent cookie remembering your preference; a session cookie for HubSpot lead-tracking when you accept non-essential cookies; analytics cookies (PostHog or Plausible) when applicable.
- Server logs: IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and the path you requested. Retained for 30 days for security and abuse-prevention.
How we use it
- To respond to inbound demo requests and contact-form submissions.
- To improve the site (which pages people read, which CTAs convert).
- To operate the site securely and to prevent abuse.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal information.
- We don't run ad-network re-targeting pixels by default. If we ever enable one, it loads only after you opt in to non-essential cookies.

- HubSpot, Inc. (CRM, lead tracking) — only if you accept non-essential cookies.
- Google LLC (demo scheduling via Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling).
- PostHog, Inc. or Plausible Insights OÜ (privacy-friendly analytics) — only if enabled.
- Vercel, Inc. (hosting and edge runtime).
- Resend, Inc. or AWS SES (transactional email).
Your choices
You can decline non-essential cookies at any time via the site's cookie banner. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, write to privacy@insurelytix.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data transfers
InsureLytix is incorporated in Delaware, USA. Data is stored on infrastructure in the United States. Where a sub-processor operates in another region, we use standard contractual safeguards.
Changes
We update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tracks the most recent change.
