InsureLytix is committed to making this site and the customer-facing member experience usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the baseline.
Conformance
This site (www.insurelytix.com) targets WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. The customer-facing member-search experience (deployed under each plan's white-label domain) is delivered with VPAT 2.5 documentation and tested with keyboard navigation and screen readers (NVDA + VoiceOver).
Features
- Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, aside, footer) on every page.
- Skip-to-main-content link at the top of every page.
- Visible keyboard focus on all interactive elements.
- Color contrast 4.5:1 minimum for body text; 3:1 for UI components.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion. - Alternative text on every meaningful image.
Limitations
Embedded third-party widgets (e.g., the Google Calendar scheduler) are subject to the third party's accessibility posture. We choose vendors who publish their own VPATs and we test the integrated experience.
